Rolely

How it works

Learn it, do it, prove it.

A Rolely path is four simple stages, whether you're new to the work or already experienced without public proof. Each one moves you closer to walking into creator-economy work and showing what you can already do.

The four stages of a path

Step 01

Choose your path

Pick Sales or Marketing — or take the free assessment if you're unsure. Membership includes both, so you can switch or explore at any time.

Step 02

Build your skills

Work through short expert lessons and guided practice. Every module is built to be used, not memorised — skim what you already know and slow down where you don't.

Step 03

Do the assignments

Simulated work modelled on real creator-business tasks: write the launch post, qualify the lead, handle the objection, ship the deliverable.

Step 04

Complete a proof project

A larger, portfolio-ready project that pulls the path together. You keep the deliverables and they appear on your public Rolely profile.

What you receive when you join

One membership, one year, both paths — everything below is included.

Both paths, one membership

Full access to the Sales and Marketing curricula for a year, including new modules added during your membership.

Hands-on assignments

Briefs, drafts, objection handling and launch work — the tasks creator-led businesses hand to a new hire in week one.

A template library

The frameworks, checklists and templates behind each module, ready to reuse on real client work.

Proof projects

Finished work you own, plus a public Rolely profile that shows what you completed and the skills behind it.

Role-readiness tracking

A clear view of how close you are to being role-ready, so you know what to work on next.

Self-paced access

No cohorts, no live calls to attend. Work a little each day or in longer sessions — the path waits for you.

What the work actually looks like

A marketing assignment

A creator with 80k followers is dropping a skincare bundle on Friday. You read the brief, write the launch post, choose the hook and call to action, then submit it for review against the same standards a brand partner would apply.

A sales assignment

An inbound lead asks about price before they understand the offer. You qualify them, handle the objection in the DM thread, and turn the conversation into a booked call — the exact motion a remote closer runs every day.

Questions about the process

How long does a path take?

Most people finish a path in a few weeks working a little each day. There are no deadlines — your membership runs for a year and the pace is yours.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Every path starts from the fundamentals and builds through short, hands-on assignments, so beginners and career changers can start from zero. If you already have experience — in the creator industry or elsewhere — move quickly through the lessons and spend your time on the assignments and proof project.

What are proof projects?

A proof project is a realistic, end-to-end assignment that mirrors paid work — for example planning and writing a creator product launch, or running a full outreach and objection-handling sequence. You keep the deliverable and it appears on your Rolely profile.

What happens after I complete a path?

You have finished deliverables, a public profile and the skills behind them. Most people use that to pitch creators and agencies, apply to junior roles, or take on freelance work. Rolely does not place you or guarantee employment.
