Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Rolely. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Memberships are for individual use and may not be shared or resold.

Membership is billed annually and grants access to both career paths, every assignment, the Proof Project, and your Rolely Profile for the paid term. Access unlocks as soon as payment clears.

Memberships renew automatically each year at the then-current rate using your payment method on file, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid term.

You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or republish Rolely curriculum or materials; not to reverse engineer or disrupt the service; not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; and not to misrepresent your identity or work.

Rolely owns all curriculum, assignments, templates, branding, and platform content. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and portfolio while your membership is active.

You keep ownership of the work you produce. By publishing a Rolely Profile, you grant us permission to display that work as part of your public profile.

Rolely is a training and portfolio platform. We do not guarantee employment, client work, income, or any specific outcome from completing a path.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other members. You may close your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
