Overview
Rolely ("we", "us") provides a career-readiness platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using Rolely you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), or the basic profile details shared by a social sign-in provider if you choose that option.
Learning activity. Assessment answers, path selections, assignment and lesson progress, and work you submit inside the platform.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card details — only a customer reference, subscription status, and billing outcome.
Technical data. Device, browser, and usage information used to keep the service secure and to diagnose errors.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, deliver the curriculum and track your progress, process membership payments and renewals, provide support, send service and account emails, and improve the product.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who operate the platform on our behalf — hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics — and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Rolely and its members.
Your public profile
If you choose to publish a Rolely profile, the information you include on it (such as your name and completed proof project) is visible to anyone with the link. You control what you publish and can unpublish at any time.
Data retention
We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Security
Access to member data is restricted and protected by authentication and database-level access rules. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children
Rolely is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
