Refund Policy

Rolely memberships are billed annually and are non-refundable. Because access to the full platform — both career paths, every assignment, the Proof Project and your Rolely Profile — is unlocked immediately after payment clears, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds or credits for unused time.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term. Your access remains active until the end of the paid year.

Memberships renew automatically each year at the then-current rate using the payment method on file, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are also non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate transaction or a charge you did not authorize — contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
