The basics

What is Rolely?

Rolely is a career-readiness platform for the creator economy. Beginners and already-experienced people train for real Sales and Marketing roles inside creator-led businesses through short lessons and hands-on assignments, and finish with proof of work they own.

Is Rolely a job platform or a training platform?

A training platform. Rolely is not a job board, staffing agency or recruiter. We prepare you for the work and give you evidence of your skills; finding and winning roles is something you do with that evidence.

Does Rolely guarantee employment?

No. Rolely does not guarantee employment, interviews, clients or income. Anyone promising guaranteed jobs in the creator economy is overpromising. What we guarantee is practical training and proof of the work you complete.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Every path starts from the fundamentals, and you can move as fast as you like. If you already have Sales or Marketing experience — in the creator industry or another field — you can skim the lessons and go straight to the assignments and proof project, which is usually the part that's missing.

Paths, skills and proof

What skills will I build?

On the Marketing path: audience research, content strategy, launch copy, brand partnerships and funnel basics. On the Sales path: lead qualification, outreach, DM and call handling, objection handling and closing. Both include the communication and delivery habits creator-led teams expect.

What are proof projects?

Proof projects are realistic, end-to-end assignments that mirror paid creator-economy work. You plan, produce and submit a real deliverable — and you keep it as portfolio work on your public Rolely profile.

How long does a path take?

Most people finish in a few weeks working a little each day. It is entirely self-paced, and membership lasts a year.

Do I have to choose between Sales and Marketing?

No. Membership includes both paths, so you can explore, switch or complete both.

What happens after I complete a path?

You keep your deliverables, your public profile and your skills. From there people typically pitch creators and agencies directly, apply for junior or freelance roles, or start offering the service themselves.

Membership and practicalities

What do I receive when I join?

Full access to both paths for a year, all lessons and assignments, the template library, proof projects, a public Rolely profile and role-readiness tracking.

How much does Rolely cost?

Membership is currently $149 per year, billed annually and renewing automatically until you cancel. Price may change at any time, and may increase rapidly to meet demand.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and non-refundable. Full details are on the refund policy page.

How do I start working with creators?

Finish a path so you have deliverables to show, then approach creators and creator-led brands directly with specific, relevant work — a launch post you wrote, an outreach sequence you built. Concrete proof beats a résumé — even a strong one — because creators can see the work instead of taking your word for it.
